These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FTMS All Sync by Absolute Bollocks Creations (absolutebollockscreations.com). By downloading or using the App from the Garmin Connect IQ Store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Agreement with Garmin Connect IQ Store
FTMS All Sync is distributed through the Garmin Connect IQ Store and is subject to Garmin’s store terms and policies for distribution, installation, and removal of apps.

3. Use of the App
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial fitness use. You must be legally capable of entering into agreements in your jurisdiction. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Health Disclaimer: The App is for general fitness tracking only and does not provide medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or modifying an exercise program. You agree that Absolute Bollocks Creations is not liable for any injury, illness, or health outcome related to your use of the App.
4. Payments and Licensing
- FTMS All Sync offers free and premium features.
- Premium licenses and in-app purchases are processed securely through KiezelPay.
- Your use of KiezelPay is also subject to its Website Terms of Use.
- Refunds and cancellations are managed according to KiezelPay’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of KiezelPay.
5. Third-Party Integrations
- Garmin Connect: Activity data recorded by the App is synced to your Garmin Connect account under Garmin’s terms and privacy policy.
6. User Obligations
- Do not use the App in violation of applicable law or regulations.
- Do not exploit the App for commercial purposes without permission.
- Do not attempt to harm, disable, or disrupt the App or connected services.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, including software, design, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Absolute Bollocks Creations. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. No part of the App may be copied, modified, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of fitness data, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Absolute Bollocks Creations, its affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury, property damage, data loss, or lost profits arising out of your use of the App. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or Garmin Connect IQ policies. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States / U.S. Virgin Islands. If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt informal negotiations for 30 days before pursuing arbitration. Any unresolved dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration under applicable U.S. Virgin Islands law. Class actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at absolutebollockscreations.com/apps/ftmsall/terms. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance.
